South West Federation Short Croquet Team Event

This League event took place at Budleigh Salterton on Friday, 2nd October 2026. The team representing Tisbury consisted of Clive Camp, Dave Honour, Jan Kot, and David Morley. Our opponents were Camerton & Peasdown, Cornwall, and Glamorgan Druids. We played four rounds of timed Short Croquet, double banked with full bisques, with each player participating in four games.

It was a long and intense day. The weather was favourable, featuring plenty of October sunshine and the courts were maintained to Budleigh's usual high standards. We arrived full of optimism given the conditions. The day began with two promising results from David and Dave but, as further results came in, the Tisbury team started to falter. Ultimately the day concluded on a somewhat disappointing note as reflected in the results.
