Friendly match against Kington Langley

All in all, both teams thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The weather on 26 June 2024 was quite hot (28C), but we managed to finish at 5.15 pm without any casualties!The TISBURY team, a fledgling team for Short Croquet, were brought up to date with the rules by John Grimshaw, Chairman of Kington Langley Croquet Club, which was much appreciated. It also gave the TISBURY team much more of an insight in the use of bisques.

We feel we are now equipped to continue with club matches within the SW Federation. Thank you to John for introducing us to such games.
