A successful challenge at a one day Short Croquet competition in Hamptworth on 30th June 2026.

There were ten individual entries, with four participants from Tisbury. The weather featured a mix of hot sun and clouds, accompanied by a refreshing breeze. The lawns were cut short and were quite dry with some bare patches that presented a challenge. The day was originally planned for five rounds of 80 minutes each. Ultimately, we only completed four rounds and the play-off was abandoned. The winner of the cup was awarded to Jan Kot from Tisbury, as a result of achieving the highest number of scored hoops. Clive Camp, also from Tisbury, secured second place.
